If it is past my business hours and you need assistance with your spray tan please refer to my instagram account (@beautybykatie502) and locate the highlight tab "What happens if". This will have several different slides that you can skip through until you find the one that relates with your issue to help resolve any spray tan mishaps.

If you are inquiring about booking your wedding makeup with me, email is preferred. Text is preferred otherwise and will give you a faster response.

Clients are responsible for managing their appointments online (scheduling/rescheduling/canceling). You can reschedule/ cancel your appointmnets by clicking the link in the text and/or email you recieved when you first made your appointment. If the site prompts you to contact me then it is within the 48 hour cancelation policy window and a cancelation fee will be charged.

Getting in touch
I am no longer accepting Instagram DMs or Facebook messages as forms of contact. Please text or email only. Please expect a longer wait time with a response if choosing to contact via call. I can answer emails and texts much quicker!
PAYMENT
We accept card, cash or Apple Pay as payment ONLY. Please be advised there is a 2.6% processing fee for all card payments. Please bring cash if you wish to avoid this extra charge. I do still accept venmo for tips and for wedding deposits ONLY but I cannot accept Venmo for the full payment any longer for any other services or product. When booking appointments online, it will ask for a card to place on file to hold the appointment but does NOT charge for the service. The full amount is due at the time of service. The card on file is meant for cancellation and no show purposes. Once you make your first appointment, it will not ask for your card information again unless your card is inactive or has expired.
